For the Client Sancor Cooperativas
Unidas, Skanska built a Production Plant for Cheese
sub-products. The surface built is 12,700 mts2, in a
20 ha site. Among the most representative works performed
in the execution of the project, we can point out those
related to soil movement, foundations, structure, masonry,
pavements and industrial floors. For construction tasks,
Skanska LA used two different constructive methods :
"in situ" concrete and prefabricated concrete.
