Skanska carried out the basic engineering, detailed engineering, and process engineering, construction, erection and start-up of a major industrial plant for the complete processing cycle of beef – comprising stages which range from the slaughtering of cattle all the way through the production of various products, packaging, cooking, freezing and their placement in warehouses. All the facilities built by the Company meet the health standards issued by SENASA and the standards of the Economic European Community and of the Department of Agriculture of the United States of America.
