Skanska executed the civil works, the procurement of all the materials, the electromechanical erection and the start-up of the Macachín 500 kV Transformer Station and the interconnections with Santa Rosa 132 kV Transformer Station. In order to meet the electric demand of the province, this station includes 4 banks of monophasic transformers of 500/132/33 kV of 150/150/50 MVA in a triphasic configuration. The station is completely prepared to be remotely controlled.
