Skanska LA developed design and construction activities for an oil processing plant and for a formation water injection and treatment plant with a capacity for 20,000 barrels per day of brute production. The Company executed the first stage of this project with a “fast track” methodology so as to enable early production of the plant; the Company continues to execute operation and maintenance tasks in the midst of the Ecuador jungle, complying with demanding quality, safety and environmental standards as well as those related to respecting the local cultural communities.
