Skanska developed the Paseo Alcort Project, which included construction works for a 24,100 m2- mall; a 17,500 m2 - hypermarket and a 2000 m2 - movie complex. The Company also built a 44,000 m2 - parking lot in covered spaces and another 8000 m2 - parking place in an open place, with a capacity for 2100 vehicles. The total built surface is 87,600 m2.
